Taking the veggie turn!

Hi all! I know I haven’t posted in a very long time but …

It’s all about to change!!

I have a lot of new outfit ideas, store/brand recommendations and VEGGIE MEAL IDEAS to share with you πŸ˜€

Yes. We have taken a veggie turn around here. (My boyfriend still has to be completely convinced but it’s coming along!) So the compromise is that we are Weekday Vegetarians.

There are SO MANY REASONS to take the veggie turn. I think the first thing to do, if you are not already a vegetarian, is to inform yourself. Read articles. Watch documentaries (Food inc. for example was really eye-opening for me).

I am not going to go on a rent on why meat consumption in this current era and age, is so bad for you but I will urge you to inform yourself & share these :

Remember, I am a cooking hater (its so long and boring and gets eaten in 15 minutes whats the poiiiint) but hey we all have to eat and I DOOO enjoy eating hehehe

So our latest discovery is this ONE PAN MEXICAN QUINOA :


One Pan Mexican Quinoa - Wonderfully light, healthy and nutritious. And it's so easy to make - even the quinoa is cooked right in the pan!

It is so delicious seriously and really easy to make. My tip : Be sure to use Fresh Cilantro! It makes alllll the difference !!
